The Company was incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria by experienced and seasoned professional business administrators, as Independent Marketers of refined petroleum products under Bulk Purchase Agreement with Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC).
We aspire to be one of the most respected Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and petroleum downstream companies in the South-South region of Nigeria with much diversified specialized business activities, serving our target catchment to enhance industrial development.

Our Quality Department is a source of inspiration to us as our projects under go series of quality audits internally before the client is invited for pre-commission inspection audits.
